This is it, the first week with a meal plan and a really good and hearty one. Autumn has struck here even though it doesn't seem to get any colder yet. I went grocery shopping with my new friend Madi in our lunch break, and kept all my food in the uni locker while i headed back to the workshop to work on the radio we have to do a replica out of. Just to get us started with the next project!
I am looking forward to this week, since I have planned a photoshop and dinner date with Madi, a possible beer with an old classmate and friend from Denmark, a trip to the garden centre to buy some plants and movie marathon with Madi again and a sunday roast with my flatmate Ragnhild!

baked aubergine pasta
quinoa mint salad with tomatoes, balsamic vinegar and sweet potato and mozzarella
cottage cheese omelette
sweet potato mash with teriaky greens
roast dinner at the local pub
