WEEKLY MEAL PLAN #28

This is it, the first week with a meal plan and a really good and hearty one. Autumn has struck here even though it doesn't seem to get any colder yet. I went grocery shopping with my new friend Madi in our lunch break, and kept all my food in the uni locker while i headed back to the workshop to work on the radio we have to do a replica out of. Just to get us started with the next project! 

I am looking forward to this week, since I have planned a photoshop and dinner date with Madi, a possible beer with an old classmate and friend from Denmark, a trip to the garden centre to buy some plants and movie marathon with Madi again and a sunday roast with my flatmate Ragnhild!

When you fall asleep on the sofa and wake up only to watch the newest episode of Game of Thrones while eating and then fall asleep again, it is fair to say that something is a bit wrong. I really don't have much energy these days and I feel nostalgic every minute that passes! 

On Saturday I am going to two parties and on Sunday Matt and I will leave for our little holiday in the north of Denmark and there won't be any blog posts since there is no wifi and we want to just enjoy each other!

WEEKLY MEAL PLAN #25

This will be the last full month of living with Matt in a very long time, so I am trying to make myself and our everyday life as normal as possible. I like the daily routines as long as they don't involve washing up. So making meal plans, the last ones, are as much my weekly routine as waking up every day is for others. Matt is currently working from home every day, so we are enjoying each other's presence by sitting in the same room and doing our different things on each our screens. It is super nice! 

Tomorrow I will be saying goodbye to some of my favourite colleagues at their party and this weekend Matt and I are hanging out with our friends having a fun evening with alcohol and good food. I am looking very much forward to it!

It is finally time for another meal plan! My sick leave has made the blogging sporadic and I apologise for that. But here I am with new energy and a brand new meal plan. It is nice to be planning again, my mind likes the days that are filled in with dinner ideas and boxes I tick every time I have found the specific grocery I need. It is good to be back! 

Tonight, Matt and I will have a date night with a good steak, red wine and a new episode of Game of Thrones. Very needed indeed!

I have been SO busy! That is all I am gonna say, as well as having been sick again. More on that in another blog post. 

This week starts today since it has been Bank Holiday yesterday. We came home late last night from my parent's place after a lovely weekend! This week I am gonna prepare things for my birthday party and birthday this weekend. I will be baking a lemon and poppy seed layer cake with black tea frosting and preparing some drinks and snacks. I have invited 20 people home to our little apartment and I will be making the bedroom into a dancefloor and the bbq into a bonfire bowl. It is going to be a cram-packed but super fun party! 

On my birthday I don't have many plans yet, I am in the middle of planning with my parents. Either they are coming to ours or Matt and I are going home to South Denmark again.
