WEEKLY MEAL PLAN #16

 

This week will be nice and calm with small shifts and some meetings. So I have decided to be making a bit more out of the dinners. I just love cooking and I can't wait to experiment with the soy salmon and beetroot. It is something I have been thinking about making for a long time now. I promise I will share the recipe if it is good! 

I have some exciting things to tell you guys soon, but I need to think about it and research a bit more before telling you!

MONDAY
spelt barley with roasted carrots, courgette, garlic, dried apricot, avocado, spring onion, spinach and roasted sunflower seeds

chili sin carne with mince chickpea, red beans and tortilla crisps
