WEEKLY MEAL PLAN #5

I have now been on the low carb diet for 3 weeks at it has been really good! I have felt less bloated and unpleasantly full. I have been struggling a bit with a lot of stomach aches and will be going back to a normal diet again, but with a few restrictions. Such as lactose-free dairy products and gluten free products! 

I have never tried so many diets before and it seems a bit stupid to me, but this diet could help my stomach ache! 

Here is the meal plan this week! 

SUNDAY
Jacket potatoes w. chili sin carne 

MONDAY
courgette risotto

TUESDAY
broccoli and leak spelt quiche w. almonds

WEDNESDAY
china kale and baked carrots salad with green pesto

THURSDAY
wraps with beetroot, rice, and brie 

FRIDAY
wok with chicken, Brussel sprouts, red pepper, and rice noodles 

SATURDAY
battered fish, pointed cabbage salad w. cucumber and sprouts
