WEEKLY MEAL PLAN #6

Happy Monday everyone! 

I feel so exhausted after a really fun and busy weekend with matt's childhood friends staying at ours. I think I have slept 8 hours in total this weekend. 

Today has been an organising day which has made me feel even more tired, so now I can soon relax on the sofa with a nice cup of tea. 

This weekend my sister, niece and brother-in-law are coming to stay at ours, which means we will be cooking dinner together and that is why the meal plan this week is a bit shorter than normally. 

Here it is: 

MONDAY
Rice with celeriac, basil, dates and honey/lemon dressing

TUESDAY
baked Hokkaido with pearl barley, lemon and thyme

WEDNESDAY
salmon and trout fish cakes with Brussel sprouts, bulgur and orange dressing
