WEEKLY MEAL PLAN #7
Happy new year!!
I hope you all jumped into the year with loads of fun and surrounded with your favourite people around you!
Since it is the new year, I thought I would make the first one of the year a special one. I have therefore made a little vlog/video type thing so you can see how I plan my weekly shopping.
We aren't doing much this week, I only have a work twice since I on Thursday will have a minor toe operation and have to rest for 5 days afterwards. So this week it is all being creative at home and relaxation!
Here is the meal plan:
fried flounder with kale salad
spicy vegetable soup with pointed cabbage, spring onion and carrots
pasta with butternut squash, spinach and pesto
fried curly kale with pearl barley, roasted sunflower seeds and lemon
rice with aubergine and red pepper sauce
braised coconut spinach with chickpeas and lemon
rice noodle stir-fry with leftover vegetables
