WEEKLY MEAL PLAN #8

It is Monday again, and therefore time for another weekly meal plan. Today I have only done the planning and prepping, whilst having my foot raised and when Matt gets home he will do the shopping since I can't walk well enough on my foot yet. He has also been cooking for me all week and will be doing it this week as well!

I have watched all of the series I started last week, both The Crown and The OA. Let me know which series you can recommend since I am starting to be bored already! 
I have also done the rest of my application for the universities in the UK, that needs to be handed in on Friday and planned some blog posts. Now I just need to practise walking again and then I will be good to go to work again next week hopefully! 

Anyway here is the meal plan this week: 

MONDAY
ramen

TUESDAY 
chicken burgers, pointed cabbage salad with peas, sesame and peanuts

WEDNESDAY
lemon/garlic roasted broccoli salad with pomegranate

THURSDAY 
grilled courgette and mushroom sauce with gluten free spaghetti 

FRIDAY
roasted sweet potatoes and crispy chickpea salad

SATURDAY 
frittata w. red pepper

SUNDAY
leftover mashup
