WEEKLY MEAL PLAN #10
Another Monday, another meal plan. I apologise for me not posting a meal plan last Monday, but I was home at my parent's place on a super spontaneous visit.
Today I have had my first day at work since I was operated and it went so well. I had missed everyone so much! Then I met up with my friend after work and I just got home 30 minutes ago. I need to do a lot of things tonight, cause I was thinking I would be home a lot earlier today.
This week is busy I am doing something every day. With fashion week being this week and me being a social media manager for a childrenswear brand, I will be attending kids shows 3 days this week. Also on Thursday, the Royal Academy of Arts has an open day and I will be looking into the newly added BA that I want to apply for next month.
Saturday morning I am going home to my parent's place again since my sister is turning 18 on Sunday. I am looking so much forward to this week, it is so nice to be up and walking again (literally), instead of being at home with a bad foot.
Here is what the meal plan looks like on a busy week:
Beef, mushroom and green stir-fry with rice
frittata with mushrooms and roasted rye bread
pearl barley risotto w. tomatoes and basil
rice paper rolls with leftover greens
