WEEKLY MEAL PLAN #14
The Monday after an amazing, super packed- and busy weekend is always hard I would say. Is there enough time to do all the chores, do we still have enough money even though it is only the 13th of the week and hey what about those universities, which one is it you are gonna chose?
My mind is very slow and behind, I am lazy and I need vitamins I am sure. I am so looking forward to warmer and sunnier weather, spring is the best! Speaking of spring, there will also be a blog post up with my spring playlist this week.
The meal plan for this week is simple. We are having an Amazon Prime night with Erin on Friday and I will be working this weekend.
Leftovers from last week: white cabbage, spinach, red pepper, eggs, sweet potato, avocado
white cabbage, spring onion, peas and spinach with bulgur and mustard dressing
creamy tomato shallot skillet with red peppers, peas and rice
homemade tacos with scrambled egg, squash, sweetcorn and spinach
baked sweet potato, chickpeas, spinach and cheese
steaks with garlic/lemon butter, herb and tomato salad with mint, parsley and pomegranate
cauliflower and coconut soup with fried bacon and onion
