WEEKLY MEAL PLAN #15
Hello monday and a busy week ahead!
I went grocery shopping yesterday because I am working late every day this week. Matt will be cooking for us and we have been buying lunches for both of us where I normally will be eating whatever greens there is in the fridge at home either after or before I go to work and Matt will be buying a sandwich at work. But because both of us are working more than usual, we decided to do that.
There isn't much planned this week other than work. I have one day off and I plan on relaxing and maybe being with a friend since Matt will be out all night.
So here is the meal plan for this week
Leftovers from the last week: white cabbage, spinach, bacon
Lunches: pasta bake leftovers, salad with chickpeas and tuna, pasta pesto parma ham for Matt.

rice in broth with grilled leek, fennel and mint
mushroom alfredo gluten free pasta bake

fish fingers and broccoli couscous with peas, cucumber, sprouts, sesame seeds, soy and honey

quinoa salad with leftovers
