WEEKLY MEAL PLAN #17
What an easter! I am completely stuffed from all the sweets and good food for an example the home pickled cucumbers. yet here I am with another meal plan. I am super excited for this week since Matt and I have a date planned on Thursday due to our anniversary (more about the later this week). Also a lot of other exciting things that I can't tell you about yet.
My mum has, of course, filled up our fridge, so we have quite a few leftovers from last week.
Leftovers from last week: chicken, avocado, spring onion, bacon, eggs, asparagus
tarteletter with asparagus, bacon and peas
ramen with sprouts, chicken, homemade broth, eggs
oat and chickpea dumplings, coconut curry sauce with rice and carrots

THURSDAY (eating out)
breakfast: berry pocket eggy bread
rice noodles with broccoli, peas, edamame beans, spring onion and sesame seeds
baked onion, pointed cabbage and savoy cabbage salad
quinoa risotto with avocado and smoked loin
