WEEKLY MEAL PLAN #18
I have been so bad with my gluten intake and have such a bad tummy ache all the time. So this week I should just not touch gluten at all. Even though it is what I strive to do at all times, but I am so bad at controlling myself and saying no when people offer food. Basically, I love food too much! Last week both Matt and I had a super stressed week and needed to just relax when getting home after work. So there were a bit of takeaway, which means we have a few leftover veggies from last week and therefore finally made the quinoa risotto.
I have a lot of days off this week after loads of work last week, so I will be planning more posts and having fun with friends and Matt!
Leftovers from last week: broccoli, pointed cabbage, smoked loin, leek
