WEEKLY MEAL PLAN #19

I don't have much planned this week, neither does Matt, so this week's meal plan is filled with meals where the preparation time is a bit longer than usual. Ever since I started working full-time I have been so tired after work. Obviously, I have been used to my 15-hour contract, and my poor body is 80 years old really, so I am so sore after working every day. I have started doing yoga again, which helps my mind and body to relax and it is crazy how much difference it makes! Working in a clothing shop is physically hard, so this is the only way to make me feel nicer after a busy day!

Leftovers from last week:  pointed cabbage, cucumber avocado, carrots, beetroot, green pepper, meatballs

MONDAY
